Le Gouvernement de la République du Bénin a reçu un Prêt du Fonds Africain de Développement (FAD) du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) afin de couvrir le coût du Projet de Promotion de l’Aquaculture et de Compétitivité des Chaînes de valeur de la Pêche (PROMAC), et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de prêt pour financer le contrat de d'un cabinet pour le renforcement de capacités de l'IPEB (élaboration des plans de renforcement de capacités de l’IPEB et des OP pêche et mise en œuvre de quelques actions de renforcement).Publier dans le Plan de Passation du 29 juin 2026 deuxième version.
