Le Gouvernement de la République du Bénin a reçu un financement du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement, de Africa Growing Together Fund de Chine (AGTF) et de European Union Africa Infrastructure Trust Fund (EU-AITF) afin de couvrir le coût du Projet d’aménagement et de bitumage de la route Djougou-Péhunco-Kérou-Banikoara : section Djougou-Péhunco-Kérou-PK 183+980, et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie des sommes accordées au titre de ces prêts et don pour financer le contrat de : services d’un consultant chargé de la mise en œuvre d'un plan de communication et de visibilité du projet d’aménagement et de bitumage de la route Djougou-Péhunco-Kérou-Banikoara.
