Details
Anskaffelser, fellesenhet i Gjøvikregionen, gjennomfører konkurransen på vegne av Gjøvik, Østre Toten, Vestre Toten, Nordre Land og Søndre Land kommuner. Gjøvik kommune er vertskommune for innkjøpssamarbeidet.
Kommunene ønsker å inngå en felles rammeavtale om levering av kontorrekvisita til sine virksomheter. Avtalen skal dekke løpende behov for produkter til daglig kontorarbeid og administrasjon, og bidra til effektive innkjøp, god produktkvalitet og miljøvennlige valg.
Rammeavtalen inngås med én leverandør og skal benyttes av bestillingsberettigede enheter i de fem kommunene. Bestillinger gjøres etter behov, med levering til den enkelte virksomhet. Hver kommune har ansvar for egne bestillinger og oppfølging av disse.
