The Children’s Commissioning Consortium Cymru (4Cs) are undertaking market engagement in relation to the future development of the All-Wales Foster Framework. This engagement is aimed at foster care providers who are not currently appointed to the framework, organisations considering entering the Welsh market, and other interested stakeholders.
