Contract Title: Consultant Service: "Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Support Services for the Belshi PV Project"

Contract Description: The overall objective of the Assignment is to ensure the timely and effective implementation of the Project by providing comprehensive support to the Client. The Consultant, appointed to assist the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), will suppot the KESH/ with the Financing Documents and other key EBRD policies and procedures, including but not limited to: - EBRD Environmental and Social Policy - EBRD Procurement Policies & Rules - EBRD Disbursement Handbook for Public Sector Clients - Project-specific Environmental and Social Documentation (Environmental and Social Audit and Assessment; - Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP); Resettlement Framework (RF); Environmental and Social Action Plan) - Other relevant EBRD policies, strategies, or procedures applicable to the Project The Consultants will assist the Client in all aspects of the implementation of the Project, in accordance with the EBRD Bank’s policies, as follow: - Assist the Client, in developing the organizational structure, staffing, and operational procedures. - Assistance with Procurement, Tendering and Contract implementation - Assistance with Compliance & Reporting Obligations under the Financing Documents - Environmental and Social Implementation Support The Consultant work services will cover the whole Project and not only to the project portion, financed by EBRD.
