Details

Le projet consiste principalement en l’ajout de systèmes d’échangeurs d’air dans 12 logements ainsi que dans les deux cages d’escalier de l’immeuble situé au 134, route Poirier, à Saint-Siméon. Les travaux comprennent la fourniture et l’installation des équipements, conduits, grilles, contrôles et accessoires nécessaires au fonctionnement complet des nouveaux systèmes de ventilation. Ils comprennent également les travaux électriques requis pour l’alimentation et le raccordement des nouveaux équipements. Des travaux d’architecture sont prévus afin de permettre le passage et la dissimulation des conduits, notamment la construction de retombées de plafond aux endroits requis, ainsi que les travaux de finition et de ragréage associés. Le projet comprend également les percements dans les murs extérieurs, incluant les travaux d’étanchéité requis. Les travaux connexes comprennent notamment le déplacement ou la réinstallation de luminaires, de tablettes et de tout autre élément affecté par le passage des nouvelles installations. Les logements demeureront occupés pendant les travaux et les interventions devront être coordonnées de manière à maintenir les accès, les issues et les services fonctionnels et sécuritaires pendant toute la durée du chantier.
