Plazo: a. Los bienes serán entregados en forma única y total , máximo a los treinta (30) días calendario contados a partir del día siguiente hábil de notificada la Orden de Compra por parte de PETROPERU. b. En caso PETROPERU por necesidad operativa requiera entregas parciales, notificara al proveedor a fin de que proceda con su atención, previa coordinación y aprobación del Proveedor sin cambios de precios. En este último caso procederán facturaciones parciales por estas entregas. c. La conformidad de la entrega no invalida reclamos posteriores por defectos o vicios ocultos no detectados durante la recepción del bien. d. El plazo de reposición por el bien defectuoso o que éste no cumpla con las condiciones inicialmente establecidas, no será mayor de quince (15) días calendario, luego de recibida por el Proveedor la solicitud de cambio por parte de PETROPERU.
