La presente solicitud de cotización se rige por los procedimientos para compras por emergencia (EPP) establecidos en el Manual de Adquisiciones de UNOPS Rev.7 (cuya última versión puede ser consultada en: https://www.unops.org/business-opportunities/supplier-resource-centre#PopupLinkId_popupshowweprocure ) y de las Directivas Operacionales e Instrucciones Operacionales pertinentes mencionadas en el Manual de Adquisiciones. En caso de discrepancia entre el presente llamado a licitación y el Manual de Adquisiciones de UNOPS, prevalecerá este último. -----
