Le projet porte sur le développement de capacité technique et intellectuelle ainsi que la maind’oeuvre qualifiée pour la préparation d’une réponse à une prochaine pandémie. Pour ce faire des procédés de biofabrication sont développés et optimisés. Ces procédés génèrent des biomolécules d’intérêt (protéines, anticorps monoclonaux, vecteurs viraux ou particules pseudovirales) qui doivent être purifiées avant analyse ou utilisation ultérieure. Un système de chromatographie liquide préparative est nécessaire pour réaliser les étapes de capture et de polissage de ces biomolécules, à l’échelle du développement de procédés et de la mise à l’échelle pilote.
