L’objectif de ce Contrat est de faire l’acquisition d’un porte-échantillon cryogénique ainsi que d’une station de pompage compatible avec le porte échantillon afin d’effectuer de la microscopie électronique cryogénique (Cryo-EM) en utilisant un microscope électronique à transmission (MET/TEM) JEOL 2100plus, incluant tous les logiciels, licences et accessoires nécessaires à son installation et son bon fonctionnement et permettant de répondre aux exigences décrites au présent Devis (ci-après nommé Bien). Le Bien doit servir à visualiser des particules pseudo-virales (VLP), des vecteurs viraux adénoassociés (AAV), ainsi que des anticorps et nanocorps (VHH) en condition cryogénique afin de déterminer leurs structures et interactions tridimensionnelles à l’échelle atomique.
