La Représentation de la FAO à Madagascar vous invite, par le présent appel d’offres, à soumettre votre meilleure offre pour la fourniture de semences de cultures maraîchères et agroforestières destinées aux régions suivantes du Sud et Sud-Est de Madagascar : AMBOVOMBE : Ambanisarika, Ambondro – ANTANIMORA : Andalatanosy, - MANAKARA & MANANJARY.
Votre soumission devra être conforme à l’ensemble des spécifications et exigences décrites dans les documents de l’appel d’offres, y compris toutes les annexes, et devra respecter les clauses générales ainsi que les conditions particulières y figurant.
Documents constitutifs de l’offre:
a) Le formulaire de spécifications techniques et de conformité dûment rempli – en Annexe I b) Le formulaire de vérification des capacités de stockage et de distribution – en Annexe II c) L’offre financière dûment complétée – en Annexe III d) La lettre de soumission complétée – en Annexe IV
Notes importantes:
- Les soumissionnaires doivent soumettre leur offre financière en Ariary Malagasy, en utilisant strictement le format de l’Annexe III – Tableau Financier, et la fournir dans les deux formats « .xlsx » et « .pdf ».
