La Municipalité de Lanoraie demande des soumissions pour l’acquisition de deux camionnettes demi-tonne, neuves. Toute soumission déposée après l’heure et la date de tombée sera automatiquement rejetée. Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement au même endroit et le même jour à la même heure. Elles seront prises en considération lors d’une séance subséquente du conseil et le contrat sera attribué au plus bas soumissionnaire conforme, par voie de résolution, le cas échéant. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions et n’encoure aucune obligation envers les soumissionnaires. Chaque soumissionnaire qui accepte de déposer une proposition accepte aussi que le choix effectué soit sans appel. Le présent appel d’offres est assujetti aux accords intergouvernementaux de libéralisation des marchés publics applicables à l'organisme, notamment :
