La Direction Opérationnelle des Télécommunications de Djelfa lance un avis de consultation nationale ouverte pour : « Acquisition d’appareils de fusion de câbles à fibre optique au profit de la DOT de Djelfa » Les intéressés par le présent avis peuvent retirer le cahier des charges auprès de la Direction Opérationnelle des Télécommunications de Djelfa, Service Achats, 123 RUE Emir Abdelkader Djelfa, contre paiement de la somme de deux mille dinars algériens (2000,00 DA) non remboursable à verser Les offres doivent être composées de trois (03) enveloppes distinctes comme suit:

01-UN DOSSIER ADMINISTRATIF: à insérer dans une enveloppe fermée portant la mention:

« Dossier Administratif »;

02-UNE OFFRE TECHNIQUE: à insérer dans une enveloppe fermée portant la mention:

« Offre Technique »;

03-UNE OFFRE FINANCIERE: à insérer dans une enveloppe fermée portant la mention:

« Offre financière ». Le dossier administratif et les 02 offres Technique et Financière, accompagnés de toutes les pièces réglementaires exigées dans le cahier des charges, doivent être insérés dans une enveloppe anonyme ne portant que la mention suivante : ALGERIE TELECOM –SPA- DIRECTION OPERATIONNELLE DES TELECOMMUNICATIONS DE DJELFA CONSULTATION NATIONALE OUVERTE N°/AT/DOT17/C07/2026 « Acquisition d’appareils de fusion de câbles à fibre optique au profit de la DOT de Djelfa » « A N’OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D’OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D’EVALUATION DES OFFRES » Les offres doivent être déposées à l’adresse suivante : Direction Opérationnelle des Télécommunications de Djelfa Service Achats 123 RUE Emir Abdelkader Djelfa La durée de préparation des offres est fixée à quinze (15) jours calendaires à compter de la 1ère parution de l’avis de consultation dans le site web d’Algérie Télécom : www.safqatic.dz La date de dépôt des offres est fixée au dernier jour de 08h00 à 14h00, et l’ouverture des plis aura lieu le même jour à 14h00 en séance publique. Si ce jour coïncide avec un jour férié ou un jour de repos légal, la durée de préparation des offres est prolongée jusqu’au jour ouvrable suivant. Les soumissionnaires resteront engagés par leurs offres pendant la durée de validité des offres (180 Jours).
