Acordo de Longo Prazo para serviços de comunicação do Projeto Floresta+ Amazônia

O presente Termo de Referência tem por objetivo a contratação de empresa especializada para executar as ações de comunicação do Projeto Floresta+ Amazônia, no período de 2026 a 2028, em consonância com o Plano de Comunicação vigente e em articulação com a equipe de comunicação do Projeto, bem como com as equipes técnicas e equipes locais, mediante Acordo de Longo Prazo (LTA).

A empresa contratada atuará de forma complementar e integrada à estrutura de comunicação já existente, sendo responsável pela execução das demandas de comunicação, produção de conteúdos e apoio técnico-operacional às estratégias definidas pela coordenação do Projeto Floresta+ Amazônia, respeitando os fluxos internos de trabalho, validação e aprovação.

Os fornecedores interessados devem submeter sua proposta diretamente no sistema, conforme instruído no documento de solicitação, seguindo as orientações constantes no guia de usuário disponível. The purpose of these Terms of Reference is to engage a specialized company to implement the communication activities of the Floresta+ Amazônia Project from 2026 to 2028, in accordance with the current Communication Plan and in coordination with the Project’s communication team, as well as its technical and local teams, through a Long-Term Agreement (LTA). The contracted company will complement and work in an integrated manner with the existing communication structure. It will be responsible for delivering communication services, producing content, and providing technical and operational support for the strategies defined by the coordination team of the Floresta+ Amazônia Project, in accordance with the established internal workflows for review, validation, and approval.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.
