Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet un accord-cadre relatif aux travaux d’entretien et d’aménagement pour le compte du Groupement Hospitalier Universitaire de Champagne (GHUC) dont le montant cumulé par chantier ou par opération est inférieur à 250 000,00 € HT. Accord-accord à marchés subséquents. Accord-cadre conclu avec plusieurs opérateurs économiques. Accord-cadre conclu sans minimum mais avec un maximum. Accord-cadre décomposé en 17 corps d’état techniques. Lesquels corps d’état techniques sont répartis dans chacun des Sites Géographiques (au nombre de 5) : - CHU de Reims y compris tous ses bâtiments qui y sont rattachés ; - CHAM : CH Epernay (CHAM), EHPAD Epernay, EHPAD Dormans, EHPAD AY, EHPAD Avize et EHPAD Vertus ; - CH Montmirail ; - CHLB : CH Léon Bourgeois (CHLB) et EPSM de la Marne ; - GHSA : CH de Rethel et CH de Vouziers. L'allotissement de l’accord-cadre est donc par site géographique avec une plage de n° de lot propre à chacun des 5 sites géographiques. Le présent accord-cadre est composé de 79 lots. Les prestations seront réalisées dans chacun des établissements parties bénéficiaires.
