Det skal anskaffes 2 mikrotiterplateavlesere på vegne av avdeling for mikrobiologi (MIK) og avdeling for farmakologi (FAR) ved Klinikk for Laboratoriemedisin (KLM) ved Oslo Universitetssykehus HF, til Livsvitenskapsbygget.På mikrobiologisk avdeling skal apparatet brukes til avlesning av ELISA. Farmakologisk avdeling skal bruke plateleseren til måling av hemoglobin i hemolysat fra blodprøver, til analyse av diverse komponenter i ulike biologiske materialer, som plasma, serum og blodlysat, basert på ELISA-metoder, til enzym-kinetikk assays, og til DNA-kvantifisering.Det ønskes opsjon på 2 stk mikrotiterplateavlesere tilsvarende hovedleveransen til hver delkontrakt, samt service og vedlikeholdsavtale.Se kravspesifikasjoner og Prisskjema for detaljer.
