Постачання Товару здійснюється із використанням талонів через мережу автозаправних станцій (далі – АЗС), розташованих на території Пилипецької та/або Міжгірської територіальної громади, зокрема, Постачальник має забезпечити можливість цілодобової заправки автотранспорту Покупця безпосередньо на АЗС Постачальника на території Пилипецької та/або Міжгірської територіальної громади за талонами. Товар, який постачатиметься за Договором, укладеним за результатом цієї закупівлі, не може бути походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран та не пов’язаний з отриманням доходів громадянами Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
