تقديم وتصميم وتوريد وتركيب مبنى طابقين من الخرسانة مسبقة الصب في مركز جمرك الكرامة تكون مساحة الاجمالية 400-410 مترًا مكون من جناح الخدمات يشتمل على مطبخ وصالة طعام وخدماتها وجناح المنامات يشتمل على ما لا يقل عن 7 غرف نوم وخدماتها و جناح لمساعدي المدير يشتمل على غرفتين منامة ماستر ،يشمل نطاق العمل تنفيذ كافة الأعمال المدنية والمعمارية والإنشائية والكهرومكانيكية للاعمال الداخلية والخارجية، ويُشترط أن تكون كافة التصاميم الهندسية صادرة عن مكتب تصميم مصنّف لدى دائرة العطاءات الحكومية ومعتمد أصولًا. كما يجب أن تتضمن الأعمال ربط جميع الخدمات مع الشبكات القائمة، بما في ذلك الكهرباء والمياه والصرف الصحي والاتصالات.
