Visite : La visite des lieux est obligatoire. Lors de la visite, l'entreprise candidate devra vérifier : les accès possibles, la configuration du terrain et bâtiments limitrophes. Toutes anomalies entre l'état des lieux et les travaux à exécuter devront être signalées au maître d'oeuvre par l'entreprise. L'entrepreneur ne pourra arguer après remise de son prix, en cours de travaux, aucune réserve et mauvaise connaissance des lieux et ne pourra justifier une quelconque plus-value.
