REQUIREMENT:

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) located in Charleston, SC has a Brand Name ONLY requirement for 30' Tournament Contender Boat with Twin 4.3L Offshore F350 Hp Yamaha outboard engines.  Items must be Exact Match, no substitutions. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

a.  Offerors shall submit firm-fixed pricing for all items listed in this solicitation. Pricing shall be inclusive of all costs, fees, and charges associated with performance, including, but not limited to, materials, labor, packaging, handling, shipping, delivery, and any other expenses necessary to provide the required items. No additional charges shall be accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by the Government. Offerors shall also include the estimated build or production time for each item, as applicable, and the anticipated delivery date after receipt of order. Pricing and delivery information shall be clearly stated on quote. b.  Quotes shall be submitted electronically via email [contact details removed] and are due no later than September 22, 2026, 4:00 PM ET.
