Konkurransen gjelder levering av ulike krokbiler og tilhenger. Én diesel krokbil skal anskaffes som vogntog med tilhenger. De elektriske bilene inngår som opsjoner. Det er behov for serviceavtaler, tilbud om verkstedtimer utenfor garanti, samt innbytter.
