Beskrivelse av Oppdragsgiver:Norsk helsenett SF (NHN) innbyr til begrenset tilbudskonkurranse i forbindelse med anskaffelse av publiseringsløsning (CMS).NHN er et statsforetak, eid av Helse- og omsorgsdepartementet. Vår oppgave er å utvikle, forvalte og drifte nasjonale e-helseløsninger og infrastruktur. Vi har ansvaret for nasjonale e-helsetjenester som e-resept, meldingsformidling, helsenorge.no, Kjernejournal og grunndata, og infrastrukturtjenester som helsenettilknytning og hjemmekontortilgang, samt videokonsultasjon for spesialisthelsetjenesten. Vi leverer også tjenester innen IKT, anskaffelser og arkiv til etatene i helseforvaltningen.Avtalen vil inngås av Norsk helsenetts enhet for kommunikasjon og markedsføring. Enheten har blant mange oppgaver også ansvaret for ekstern kommunikasjon, herunder nettstedet nhn.no. I tillegg til å produsere innhold selv, gir enheten råd og veiledning til andre innholdsprodusenter internt i organisasjonen.For mer informasjon om NHN, se nhn.no
