Den Norske Opera & Ballett (DNO&B) har behov for å inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør for levering av frakt- og spedisjonstjenester. Anskaffelsens formål er å sikre effektive, fleksible og pålitelige transportløsninger for DNO&Bs virksomhet. Oppdragene vil i hovedsak omfatte både internasjonale og nasjonale forsendelser.
Forsendelsene vil variere i omfang og kompleksitet, fra mindre ekspresspakker til transport av komplette produksjoner. Sistnevnte kan omfatte forsendelser tilsvarende 1–10 enheter i form av 20–45 fots containere og/eller semitrailere. Større transporter vil som hovedregel kunne planlegges i forkant, men det må også påregnes behov for ad hoc-leveranser med kort responstid.
