ประกาศบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) ทะเบียนเลขที่ 0107544000108 PR เลขที่ 1131000560 เรื่อง จัดซื้อก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์สำหรับกระบวนการผลิตสตรอว์เบอร์รี งานฮารุมิกิ ประจำปี 2570 ด้วยบริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) มีความประสงค์ที่จะประมูลเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร จัดซื้อก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์สำหรับกระบวนการผลิตสตรอว์เบอร์รี งานฮารุมิกิ ประจำปี 2570 สถานที่ส่งมอบ ณ ตามเงื่อนไขข้อกำหนดของ ปตท. กำหนดส่งมอบ ตามเงื่อนไขข้อกำหนดของ ปตท. ตามเงื่อนไขรายละเอียดรูปแบบและเอกสารแนบท้าย ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของประกาศ ดังนี้ - ตัวอย่างหนังสือมอบอำนาจ - ตัวอย่างแบบหนังสือค้ำประกันธนาคาร - แบบฟอร์มใบเสนอราคา - รายละเอียดตามข้อกำหนด ปตท. 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น 1 แผ่น ผู้สนใจติดต่อขอซื้อรายละเอียดได้ในราคาชุดละ - บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 06 ตุลาคม 2569 จนถึงวันที่ 19 ตุลาคม 2569 ระหว่างเวลา 09:00 -15:00 น. ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ ( หมายเหตุ : วันที่ 12-16 ตุลาคม 2569 ผู้ค้าจะไม่สามารถเข้ามารับแบบที่ สำนักงานใหญ่ ปตท. ได้ หากต้องการเข้ามารับแบบที่ สำนักงานใหญ่ ปตท. รบกวนเข้ามาวันที่ 6-9 ตุลาคม 2569 และ 19 ตุลาคม 2569 ก่อนเวลา 15.00 น. ) ณ สถานที่ดังนี้ - ส่วนจัดหาเชิงพาณิชย์ ฝ่ายกลยุทธ์จัดหาและบริหารสำนักงาน ชั้น 1 อาคาร 6 สำนักงานใหญ่ ปตท. 555 ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต เขตจตุจักร กรุงเทพฯ 10900 ระบบ PTT Bid Submission (https://pttbidsubmission.pttplc.com) กำหนดฟังคำชี้แจงพร้อมกันที่ MS Team วันที่ 20 ตุลาคม 2569 โดยลงทะเบียนเข้าฟังคำชี้แจง เวลา 08:45
