Kilden teater og konserthus i Kristiansand (Kilden) er et av Nordens mest spennende miljøer for profesjonell scenekunst og musikk. Kunsthuset rommer Kristiansand Symfoniorkester, Kilden Teater, Kilden Opera, Kilden Kultur og en nyskapende utføring av den sosiale siden av samfunnsoppdraget gjennom Kilden Dialog. I samspill med hverandre representerer de et kulturelt driftskonsept uten sidestykke, i én samlet organisasjon som også er et av landets største hus for scenekunst og musikk. Kilden er også en stor arbeidsplass med ca 200 faste ansatte.Kilden stod ferdig i 2012, og har siden blitt belønnet for innovative, vakre og spennende løsninger. Byggteknisk og akustisk er konsertsalen en av Europas mest avanserte rom for levende musikk. Teatersalen muliggjør fullskalaoppsetninger av musikaler og storslåtte operaer. Kilden har siden begynnelsen produsert og levert kunstopplevelser til et stort og begeistret publikum. Omkring 200 000 mennesker besøker hvert år våre ca 900 arrangement i bygget som rommer fire saler, med plass til 2270 publikummere. Kildens totale areal er ca 17 000 kvm.
