This contract is for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced plumbing contractor to manage Council’s plumbing compliance and preventative maintenance requirements across its facilities.

The services will include inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance, repair, replacement and compliance reporting for thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and tempering valves, backflow prevention devices, hot water systems, Billi and other instant hot water taps, water filtration systems, minor rainwater pump systems and associated plumbing assets.

The contractor will be required to maintain accurate service records, identify and rectify defects, provide certification where required, and ensure all works comply with applicable legislation, Australian Standards, manufacturer requirements and Council procedures.
