Alver kommune ved teknisk forvaltning og drift har behov for en rammeavtale for leveranse av VA- materiell til drift og vedlikehold av vann- og avløpsledningsnett utendørs, og leveranse av VVS-materiell til innendørs bruk. Avtalen gjelder i hovedsak varer til arbeid utført i egenregi. Varer tilknyttet oppdrag som involverer andre rammeavtaler for rørleggertjenester eller entrepriser, faller i utgangspunktet utenfor denne avtalen. Det vil bli inngått avtale med en leverandør.For enkeltavrop med en samlet verdi som overstiger kr. 300 000 eks. mva. forbeholder Alver kommune seg retten til å gjennomføre egne konkurranser. Videre forbeholder oppdragsgiver seg retten til å benytte spesialgrossist på enkelte leveranser dersom dette har klare fordeler.
