1.1.1 Invitation This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ( “Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026 Water Treatment PLC Lifecycle Replacements, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Deliverables generally include providing qualified electrical/control installation labour, supervision, tools, consumables, testing support, coordination and closeout documentation required to replace obsolete PLC/control systems at multiple Niagara Region water treatment facilities. Niagara Region will free-issue the major PLC/control hardware and available drawings.
