ممشروع ترميم وإعادة تأهيل عمارة (بيت) جمعة التراثية أحد المشاريع الحضارية والتراثية الرائدة التي تبنتها بلدية إربد الكبرى ضمن برنامجها الشامل للحفاظ على المباني التراثية في المدينة. يقع المشروع في موقع استراتيجي حيوي على تقاطع شارع الهاشمي مع شارع بلال في مدينة إربد، وهو مبنى ذو طابع معماري فريد، وشكّل على مدى عقود شاهدًا حيًا على التطور الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والثقافي للمدينة. يتمثل نطاق المشروع في تنفيذ أعمال الترميم والصيانة والإعادة تأهيل الشاملة للمبنى، بما يشمل الهيكل الإنشائي، والواجهات الحجرية (الحجر الوردي الفاتح والحجر البازلتي الأسود)، والعناصر المعمارية والزخرفية (الكورنيش، الأعمدة المزخرفة، التيجان)، والأرضيات، والأسقف، والجدران الداخلية، والمرافق، وكافة التجهيزات اللازمة، وذلك وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والمواصفات الفنية المتبعة في مشاريع الترميم، مع الحفاظ على قيمته التاريخية والمعمارية الأصيلة.
