Statsbyggs ber om tilbud på rammeavtale for ventilasjonsarbeider ved eiendommer i Tromsø.Formålet med rammeavtalen er å sikre Statsbygg tilgang på ventilasjonsarbeider, både til planlagte og akutte arbeider som oppstår i forbindelse med drift og vedlikehold.Rammeavtalen skal gjelde for de til enhver tid eide og leide eiendommer Tromsø og omegn.Det må påregnes at behovet kan endre seg under avtaleperioden. Eiendommer kan derfor frafalle avtalen, samt at eiendommer innen Tromsø og omegn kan tilkomme den.For arbeid i fengsel og politihus foreligger det spesielle regler og utførende personell må godkjennes av leietaker. For arbeid i fengsler og politihus kreves det uttømmende politiattest. Det tas forbehold om at sikkerhetsklarering kan bli påkrevd.
