Subsequently, the Pre-Eol conference was held on 12.03.2026. The minutes of the Pre-EOI conference (including the questions asked in writing before the conference and those asked during the meeting and the responses) are being finalized by the DOT and shall be published on the DOT website (www.dgt.gov.in/en/tender-notices) within next few days. If required, corrigendum to the REOI document shall also be issued, containing amendments, if any, of various provisions of the REOI document, which shall be deemed part of the REOI document. The service providers must check the DOT website regularly for any corrigenda/ addenda. 3. In this regard, to give reasonable time to the prospective service providers to consider such clarifications/ amendments in preparing their EOis, the deadline for the EOI submission is hereby extended till 8th April 2026, 3:00 PM. All rights and obligations of the DOT and the service providers previously subject to the original deadline shall be subject to the new deadline for the EOI submission.
