om tilbud på totalentreprise K202 Ventilasjonsaggregater

Denne totalentreprisen (K202) omfatter, i hovedsak, å erstatte eksisterende ventilasjonsaggregater med nye aggregater i teknisk rom på taket. I tillegg utbedres tekniske installasjoner i tilknytning til dette. Denne totalentreprisen (K202 ventilasjonsaggregater) vil bli tiltransportert Totalentreprenøren for fasaderehabiliteringen (K201 Fasaderehabilitering). Det må påregnes installasjon av nye ventilasjonsaggregater og igangkjøring sommeren 2027, da universitet har lav aktivitet i perioden mai-august.

Det vil bli avholdt en befaring for samtlige tilbydere tirsdag 13. oktober 2026 kl. 13:00 – 14:30 Forskningsveien 3, 0373 Oslo.

Kontrakten omfatter følgende opsjoner som omtalt i Kravspesifikasjonen: Opsjon 1 Ny stigeforsyning til teknisk rom på tak Opsjon 2 Rensing av ventilasjonskanaler
