Non-Mandatory Site Visit – November 18th, 2026 @ 1:00pm (Labrador Time). Mandatory PPE required for pre-bid site visit including: high-visibility clothing, head protection, eye protection, and foot protection as outlines in “Personal Protective Equipment” of SP 1. In the event that the pre-bid site meeting is delayed by Owner it will be rescheduled before the bid submission deadline.
