يهدف المشروع إلى صيانة وتأهيل عدد (104) آبار لمراقبة مناسيب المياه الجوفية بولايتي صلالة وطاقة بمحافظة ظفار، وتشمل الأعمال صيانة وإعادة تأهيل أو استبدال التغليف السطحي، وتركيب الأغطية، وأعمال الطلاء والحماية من التآكل، إلى جانب إعادة تأهيل أو إنشاء القواعد الخرسانية وتنظيف وتجهيز المواقع، وذلك وفق حالة كل بئر (مرفق كشف) وحسب توجيهات مهندس المشروع
