Prosjektet består av rivning av eksiterende Berger sykehjem med et totalt areal på ca. 5242 m2 BTA. Sykehjemmet er oppført i 1984. Hovedbæresystemet består av plasstøpt betong i tillegg til fagverk i tre som takkonstruksjon. Fasaden består i hovedsak av tegl. Sykehjemmet er forbundet med omsorgsboliger som ligger tett på med en gangbro. Gangbroen skal rives og fasade på omsorgsboligen skal tettes igjen umiddelbart etter at gangbroen er revet for å hindre fuktinntrenging etc. Det er et bygg inkl. gangbro som skal rives.Det gjøres oppmerksom på at "MAL referat fra tilbudsbefaring" er lagt ved da denne inneholder opplysninger som er opplysende for tilbyderne.
