Proposed Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning (SITC) of Fire Safety Systems of Two Buildings of CINI

Dear Sir / Madam,

We are requesting you to submit quotation for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning (SITC) of Fire Safety Systems of Two Buildings of CINI, West Bengal, India , following proposed work detailed as in The Approved FSR & Fire Plan of this RFQ attached herewith. Before preparing the quotation, you are requested to go through the all Annexures in detailed as ready reference. All the party / agency are requested to visit the respective site if required.

The work shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved Fire Safety Recommendation (FSR), Sanction Plan, National Building Code (NBC), relevant Indian Standards (IS), and the requirements of the West Bengal Fire & Emergency Services (or the applicable Fire Authority).

The ready quotations will be submitted on or before 10 th August 2026 via sealed envelope with stamp and signature to the address below:

The quotation mentioning your all terms and conditions has to be reached to our above-mentioned address by 10 th August 2026 in sealed envelope. Submission of the quotation after mentioned date i.e. 10 th August 2026 will not be entitled as well as considered for bid analysis.

Please take note of the following requirements and conditions pertaining to the above-mentioned works:

Objective

The objective of this RFQ is to appoint a qualified contractor for:

Supply of all required fire safety equipment.

Installation of complete fire protection systems.

Testing and commissioning. Rectification, if required, to achieve statutory compliance.

Obtaining satisfactory completion of the installation as per applicable fire safety requirements.

Obtaining Fire Safety certificate

Scope of Work

The selected contractor shall be responsible for the following:

A. Site Verification

Visit the site before submission of quotation.

Verify the existing conditions.

Review the approved Fire Safety Recommendation (FSR) and Sanction Plan.

Verify measurements and quantities.

B. Supply & Installation

Supply, install, test and commission all systems including but not limited to:

Fire Alarm System, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Manual Call Points, Hooters/Sounders

Fire Alarm Control Panel, Public Address System (if applicable), Emergency Exit Lights

Exit Signages, Fire Extinguishers, Hydrant System (if applicable), Hose Reel System, Sprinkler System (if applicable), Fire Pump (if applicable), Fire-rated Cables, Cable Trays & Conduits, Fire Doors (if applicable), Any other item specified in the FSR.

C. Testing & Commissioning

The contractor shall:

Test each installed component, Conduct complete system testing, Demonstrate satisfactory functioning, Rectify defects at no additional cost, Submit test reports.
