Rupantaran Foundation is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organisation established in 2009 with a vision of building a transformed society based on equity, dignity, and peace. The organisation works on gender equity, child protection, livelihoods promotion, education, health and nutrition, and youth leadership development across West Bengal and other parts of India. As part of its programme implementation and capacity-building initiatives, Rupantaran Foundation invites sealed quotations from eligible and experienced vendors/suppliers for the supply and delivery of Dry Food Items with High Nutritional Value. Interested vendors are requested to submit their quotations as per the specifications mentioned below.

Items Required

Category I: Dry Food Items & Packed food items with high nutritional value for the age group 5 to 20 years.

Approximate Budget: INR 5,00,000 onwards

General Conditions

1. Quotations should clearly mention

Unit price and total cost (inclusive of all applicable taxes).

Brand specifications, wherever applicable.

Quality specifications of materials proposed.

HSN Code of each item

Delivery timeline.

Availability of samples, if required.

Warranty details, if applicable.

GST Number,

PAN details.

Previous experience of supplying materials to NGOs, educational institutions, government agencies, or CSR projects (preferred).

2. Vendors should ensure that all supplied materials are of good quality and conform to the specifications mentioned.

3. Transportation, loading, unloading, and delivery charges must be included in the quoted amount.

4. Rupantaran Foundation reserves the right to

Accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.

Increase or decrease the quantities mentioned above based on programme requirements.

Negotiate prices with shortlisted vendors if required.

5. Final selection of vendors will be based on

Cost competitiveness.

Quality and specifications.

Vendor experience and compliance.

Delivery capacity and timeline.
