I.

INTRODUCTION

LEHS is a charitable organization in India with the objective of advancing inclusive development across healthcare, education, agriculture, and governance. Through its flagship program Wadhwani AI, LEHS designs, builds, and deploys artificial intelligence solutions for large-scale social impact in partnership with State and National Governments and ecosystem stakeholders.

To support its growing AI research, training, and deployment requirements, Wadhwani AI intends to establish a high-performance on-premise GPU computing infrastructure, hosted in a co-location data center. This infrastructure will support large-scale AI model training, inference, experimentation, and applied research workloads.

LEHS hereby invites proposals from eligible and experienced vendors for the end-to-end SITC of GPU infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, firewall, and integration services.

II.

BACKGROUND

Wadhwani AI is scaling its AI capabilities across multiple domains, requiring:

High-density GPU compute for deep learning workloads

High-performance NFS storage

Low-latency, high-throughput networking

Secure, scalable, and reliable on-premise infrastructure

The objective of this RFP is to:

Procure a single, consolidated solution for GPU infrastructure

Ensure clear ownership and accountability with one vendor

Enable scalable, secure, and production-grade AI workloads

Achieve a fully commissioned and operational system

III.

SCOPE OF WORK

The selected bidder shall be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the solution, including but not limited to:

a. Overall Scope

Supply of all hardware and software components

Installation, integration, testing, and commissioning (SITC)

Coordination with the selected co-location data center

Performance validation and handover

Documentation and knowledge transfer

b. Single-Point Responsibility - The bidder must submit a single consolidated proposal and shall act as the single point of accountability for:

GPU compute infrastructure

Management, login, and master nodes

Storage (Parallel File System)

Networking (data and management)

Firewall

SITC activities

Consortium or fragmented responsibility bids are not permitted.

Bidders who submit complete technical with password protected financial proposals and all mandatory enclosures will be considered only .

Any proposals received by LEHS after the deadline for submission of proposals prescribed in the RFP are liable to be rejected.
