NOTICE INVITING TENDER FROM VENDORS FOR PURCHASE OF “TAMPER- PROOF” PACKETS (GOLD POUCH) FOR PACKAGING OF PLEDGED GOLD JEWELLERY.

1. Punjab & Sind Bank invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced manufacturers/suppliers for manufacture, printing and supply of LDPE “Tamper Proof” Packets (Gold pouch) as per the Bank’s specification.

4. No additions or alterations shall be made to the specifications, terms and conditions of the contract, or the tender document by the bidder. Any such additions or alterations shall render the bid liable to rejection. If the bid is accepted, any such additions or alterations shall be treated as null and void. Conditional bids shall be summarily rejected.

5. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason whatsoever.

6. Performance Security Deposit - Bidder has to submit Bid Securing Declaration Form as per Annexure-IV of the tender

7. The rates quoted shall be in accordance with tender norms and shall be inclusive of all applicable charges, transportation, octroi (where applicable), packing, forwarding, insurance, and delivery charges up to the Bank's

8. The Bidder whose tender has been accepted shall within (07) seven days of the intimation of acceptance of tender, execute the agreement on stamp paper of required value and submit the performance Security
