Die Stadt Koblenz erweitert die Clemens- Brentano- Overberg Realschule Plus in der Weißer Gasse 6 , 56068 Koblenz . Die Wärmeerzeugung erfolgt mit einer Luft - Wasser -Wärmepumpenanlage, welche auf dem Dach aufgestellt wird. Als Heizflächen steht vorwiegend eine Fußbodenheizung zur Verfügung. Für die zusätzlichen Lüftungsanlagen ist ein separater Heizkreis vorgesehen.
