A66 - Access and Haul roads

The Supplier is required to strip topsoil, including residual vegetation clearance and deposition in Topsoil Storage Areas. Topsoil stockpiles are to be managed by the Subcontractor for the duration of the subcontract works, including spraying and treatment necessary by the Subcontractor to maintain the integrity of the material for re-use.

The supplier is required to undertake site clearance, to include but not limited to:

Wall removal and set aside for reuse

Fence removal and disposal

Gate removal and disposal

Kerb and drainage removal and disposal

Sign post removal and disposal

Allowance for removal / cutting of tree root systems and disposal

Allowance for hard dig and disposal of arisings
